Two years ago, we created a contract staffing business that has grown our organization exponentially. Our staffing services include Nursing, Medical Technologists, Medical Assistants, and other medical positions as warranted by our clients.

Day In the Life of a Sales Development Representative:

  • Contacting prospective leads through a variety of channels such as cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels
  • Building relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team
  • Tracking and managing leads and opportunities in a CRM
  • Providing regular reports to the sales team and management on lead generation and qualifications
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify and prioritize key accounts and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of motivation, self-discipline, and determination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
